Addressing the theme of this year\u2019s symposium \u2013 \u201cHeading Towards a Sustainable and Connected Smart City Under the New Normal\u201d \u2013 Wee Teck Siow, Pre-Sales Consultant for Motorola Solutions Asia-Pacific, spoke about \u201cSustainable Two-Way Radio Communications for Connected Smart City with Cloud Technology\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During the talk, Wee Teck shared the benefits for government and public safety organizations to deploy Motorola Solutions\u2019 CirrusCentral Management, the ASTRO P25 compliant, cloud-based core and management solutions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wee Teck explained that in the post-COVID new normal, there are new demands for two-way radio systems to be accessible and manageable from anywhere, increasing the need for remote tools. Cloud technology improves the sustainability of two-way radio communications by enabling the transition from an on-premise to a cloud-based solution that supports resource sharing, as well as remote access and management.<\/span><\/p>\n
